3. Course Enrollment and Payment

3.1 Enrollment

Course enrollment is subject to availability and our acceptance of your application. We reserve the right to refuse enrollment at our sole discretion.

3.2 Payment Terms

• Course fees must be paid according to the payment schedule provided at enrollment
• Payments are non-refundable except as specified in our refund policy
• Late payment fees may apply for overdue accounts
• All prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable

3.3 Refund Policy

• Full refund available if cancelled within 7 days of enrollment (cooling-off period)
• 50% refund available if cancelled before course commencement
• No refund after course has commenced, except in exceptional circumstances
• Refunds will be processed within 14 business days

4. Student Responsibilities

As a student, you agree to:

• Attend classes regularly and participate actively
• Complete assignments and assessments on time
• Respect instructors, staff, and fellow students
• Maintain academic honesty and integrity

• Record or stream live classes without consent

5.2 Student Work

You retain ownership of your original work created during courses. However, you grant us a non-exclusive license to use your work for educational and promotional purposes, including showcasing student achievements.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific course giving rise to the claim.
